Following last year’s inaugural Australia-Africa Dialogue lecture by former PM the Hon. Kevin Rudd, a symposium “Advancing the African-Australian Agenda” is being organised as part of the Africa Day 2014 celebrations. The symposium will focus on two core themes:• The multifaceted relations and interactions between Africa and Australia; and,• Challenges and prospects for African-Australian diaspora.
